We have a fantastic private studio in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, that’s still only a short drive on the A34 from the centre of Manchester. We’re only 10 minutes away from Wilmslow, Alderley and Macclesfield, so only a hop, skip and jump from Stockport and the Peak District too.
We have everything we need here from free weights, to a spin bike, cross-trainer, rowing machine, boxing equipment, yoga and Pilates kit and even a ballet barre, so we’re completely set up for whatever our clients need, in a lovely airy space. We can also sort you out with a herbal tea or some snacks and frothy coffee – home from home….!
We have a professional massage table and sports rehab equipment for clients who need them, so we’re very confident that we can take care of our clients as well as work them hard to get to their goals. We’re both qualified first aiders, and of course, we’re fully insured.
